1. No refund in case of booking cancellation or no-show.
2. Parties can be canceled free of charge if done 7 days or more before the scheduled date.
3. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the party, a 50% refund will be issued.
4. For cancellations made 24 hours or less before the party, no refund will be provided.
5. Once the service has taken place, no refunds will be issued. Please note that refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with the service. We are committed to providing excellent ervice and memorable parties.
