• No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• Full refund for cancellations 10 days or more before the event. Minus $20 administrative fee.
• 50% refund for cancellations within 10 days of the event. Minus $20 administrative fee.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
• No refunds after the service has been provided.
• Refunds are not granted based on dissatisfaction with the service.
